\n\n\n\n

1. PET WASTE REMOVAL SERVICES<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Pile High Club agrees to remove dog waste from your yard on a regularly scheduled basis. A specific day of the week will be assigned at the time of scheduling. We reserve the right to reschedule your cleanup day with prior notice.
You do not<\/strong> need to be home during service, just ensure access to the yard (e.g., gate unlocked, no barriers) on cleanup days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. PAYMENT POLICY<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

All services must be paid for electronically in advance.<\/strong>
<\/strong>Customers will receive a secure payment link at the time of scheduling. Service will not be performed unless payment has been received beforehand.
You may choose to prepay weekly, monthly, or in longer intervals for added convenience. The Pile High Club does not accept cash or check payments and does not invoice customers after service is rendered.
You may cancel or pause service at any time with advance notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. PREPAY & MULTI-WEEK DISCOUNTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Customers who prepay for 4 weeks or more<\/strong> of service will have their initial cleanup fee waived.<\/strong> For 3- or 6-month prepay options, full payment is due before service begins. If The Pile High Club cancels a visit for any reason, you will receive a credit or makeup date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. PET POLICY<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We love dogs, but for the safety of our crew and your pets, we ask that any aggressive or territorial dogs be secured during your scheduled service time.
If we are unable to complete a cleanup due to an aggressive pet in the yard, the full service fee will still apply.
You\u2019ll receive a text notification<\/strong> when we\u2019re on our way and when we\u2019ve finished. If you have a gate, you\u2019ll receive a photo of the latched gate after each visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. ACCESS TO THE SERVICE AREA<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Customers are responsible for ensuring we can access the yard on service days. If we arrive and cannot enter due to locked gates, obstructions, or blocked paths, the full service fee will still be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. YARD CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Please keep grass mowed and leaves raked to help us locate all pet waste. If your yard has heavy debris, tall grass, or excess snow\/ice, we may not be able to perform the full cleanup. We\u2019ll notify you of any issues we encounter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

7. WEATHER POLICY<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We operate year-round<\/strong>, rain or shine. If dangerous weather (e.g., heavy snow, thunderstorms, ice) prevents safe service, we will notify you and reschedule if possible.
As pet waste will accumulate between visits, 75% of the fee<\/strong> will still apply to skipped cleanups due to weather, since extra time and labor will be needed the following week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. CANCELLATIONS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To cancel or pause service, please text or call (765) 262-8545<\/strong>. There are no cancellation fees – we just ask for at least 24 hours\u2019 notice when possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
